Bob is the best therapist I have ever had in my life. He takes a zero judgement approach to help you work through your trauma. I had been holding onto trauma since I was a child and he helped me worked through issues I didn't even know were there. I highly recommend him and considering using EMDR therapy with him as it helps you dig deep into your trauma. He is kind, supportive, and an overall great therapist. You will not regret working with Bob Milan as your therapist.
The absolute best around. Genuinely caring and knowledgeable about his clients issues. Very helpful, will definitely be visiting him again in the future.
