Dr. Robert McGowen at Rosebrook in Wareham, MA is almost always late and I've sat in the room on several occasions waiting quite a while to see him and during those times none of the staff bothered to check on me or let me know he was running late! Also he is really bad at returning phone calls and lacks compassion! I've talked to him many times about these important issues but unfortunately it falls on deaf ears! Dr. McGowen is my primary care and has always been dedicated to my well being.
After the retirement of my pcp of almost 30 years, I searched and visited a handful of doctors. This one is a gem! He provided a listening ear and seems so involved with my healing! So grateful for him and recommend him as A++
