Always ask how much things cost... I should preface this comment by saying I used RM & Sons twice before this with no issues. Perhaps this is my own naivety in dealing with repair people but one of the owners was fixing some tub faucets at my house, and he had to go get some parts. I said go ahead, so he did, and he came back over 2 hours later with the parts, and charged me for labor on those hours. Robert Matley and son is a dishonest business I too used this company and got ripped off. My pump went on my well and he gave me an estimate of $1000 which included the pump and 4 hours of labor. They completed all the work in 1.75 hours and charged me for 9 hours of labor. My wife paid the bill because I was not home at the time. When I complained he told me that he added 4 hours of travel time at $95 an hour. I told him that I felt he was very dishonest and I will not be doing business with him again.
