If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. I purchased “screened top soil” from Bob Mastroni on a Facebook marketplace listing and what he delivered was anything but that. What was delivered was sand/dirt that was practically fill/gravel mixed with debris/trash. I’ve been picking glass out of it in addition to a lot of other hazardous items (zip ties, tarp, plastic utensils, beer cans, pieces of clothing). I bought a new construction home from Robert Mastroni. I’m very happy with the overall work, layout, planning, and design of the house. Also I was able to customize/choose/upgrade the hardwood floor stain finish, the color of the walls, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, countertops, appliances, mantel, staircase railing, etc. plus I requested a finished-basement, Robert was able to have it done. The driveway and landscaping is done beautifully. Thank you Robert for building us a beautiful customized home!

My wife and I bought a remodeled house from Bob, who with a handshake guaranteed he’d make sure we’d be happy with everything. And indeed he has — responding immediately to an issue, resolving it beautifully and proving to be a man of his word. Bob’s trustworthy, honest and very good at what he does. A pleasure to deal with too. Need site work? Call Bob. You’ll be mighty glad you did!

Professional, fair priced and honest. Job was done in excess of expectations. There was solid rock, stone and ledge other excavators said were not removable when giving estimates. Robert removed them, knocked down trees, dug out stumps, and flattened the backyard to near perfection. He did so very efficiently not extending hours. His handling of the excavator was like watching an extension on his arm. He could probably play catch with stones on that machine.
