Dr. Massa did not discuss my 90 year old dad’s symptoms/current health at all. Walked into the exam room, stated based on the chart he needed a med change and cut me off when I tried to discuss further. Now, 11 days later, I’m still unable to get follow up care for his UTI without going to urgent care. Worst medical experience ever!! His staff is wonderful, however and deserve kudos.
