Listen. I'm writing this many years post. I will say Dr Richard's was wonderful I had a wonderful experience I'm also a nurse and have been for over 30 years. Ok yall don't necessarily blame the doctor look into the other aspects like not so great nurses and the BSW system in general. Dr Richard's himself is wonderful!!! I appreciated his caring and expertise!!! This is post many many years later. Dr. Richards is soft-spoken, kind, patient, reassuring, very thorough, informative and communicative. I found his staff to be pleasant, professional and very good at follow-through with insurance etc. Great experiences all around!
