I hope my review changes for the better in the very near future. I called a few times and never once did a live person answered the phone. I did leave two voice messages with my number so Dr. Chasuk or his staff could call me back but I never received a call or message from the doctor or his staff. *1-star *Updated* I did have to physically stop by the office to make the appointment after a couple of months and a few unsuccessful phone attempts to get a live person on the line or a callback. This guy is how doctors should be. Actually appears interested in his patients, even if you're just there for a checkup. This is probably the only time I've been to any doctor where I didn't feel like he/she was trying to rush me out as soon as possible. Also, he called personally to tell me my test results instead of just a random nurse or lab tech.
