I was a patient of Dr. Margolis for several years and ultimately had to transfer my care to the WashU MS Clinic due to repeated delays and communication problems within his offices. Critical issues including new neurological symptoms, steroid treatment, and disease-modifying therapy, were not addressed in a timely manner. His office staff really dropped the ball on getting information to my sisters social worker to get her in home care. Now we have to wait two more weeks. No excuse for that.

I was hoping to establish a new connection close to home but it was a shock instead. I have an auto immune disorder that never heals or goes away called Transverse Myalitis. He told me that if I had this for 8 years I should be healed by now. He was very rude and annoyed with me. Transverse Myalitis never heals or goes away. I was shocked he didn’t know that and left there feeling very lucky he wasn’t my physician.
