Staff was kind. The doctor was nice and told me what to do, why he was doing this test- checking this n that. Was right on target with skills as he's got 24 + years experience, this shows. I would definitely recommend him, or refer him to family and friends for care if needed. Stay kind!
I was a patient of Dr. Margolis for several years and ultimately had to transfer my care to the WashU MS Clinic due to repeated delays and communication problems within his offices. Critical issues including new neurological symptoms, steroid treatment, and disease-modifying therapy, were not addressed in a timely manner. My treatment was not escalated despite clear disease activity, leaving me on a low-efficacy medication far longer than appropriate. His office staff really dropped the ball on getting information to my sisters social worker to get her in home care. Now we have to wait two more weeks. No excuse for that.
