I have spent a great deal of money at Robert Marc on Columbus Avenue. Just over two weeks ago I ordered a simple pair of reading glasses with magnification of 2.5. After waiting 14 days, U went to the store to pick them up. I was told that the factory had a problem with the lenses (there was nothing fancy with them...just plain 2.5 reading glasses) and that they were not ready.
