Great customer service! Robert Magarian installed a carpet runner several years ago in my condo building, but it had recently pulled lose in a few spots due to the soft pine steps. We let Magarian know, and he came out to fix it no questions asked, for free. He was in and out in 10 minutes, and now the carpet is good as new. Thank you!
