This was my second experience with this company, about six years apart, and unfortunately both were disappointing. In this recent job, I was charged $530 for the initial visit, but the diagnosis turned out to be incorrect and they had to return multiple times. The final repair required about 8 hours of labor, even though I was originally told it would take 2–3 hours. My tenants were without hot water for an extended period and eventually had to leave. Got a $1,056 quote to run a camera in a pipe… When I called to ask a discount after i realized it was over priced I was told that I had accepted the quote and was asked to pay. So I did, but this is my review now. If you have a foreign accent (I do) and you’re a new homeowner this company will take advantage of you. Don’t trust them.

One of their trucks almost drove me and my child off the road. Do not recommend. Edit as response to business reply: the driver made a right on red while I was traveling straight through the intersection and was already within the intersection. I had to slam on my brakes and veer into oncoming traffic to avoid this driver. The dash cam would not show my car as he had turned before I was visible. The driver also proceeded to brake check me after honking at him.
