Formal Complaint Against Dr. Robert Paul I am submitting this complaint regarding the care I received from Dr. Robert Paul, who served as my plastic surgeon following my breast cancer diagnosis and double mastectomy in 2023. Dr Robert Paul, his nurse Amy and all their staff are wonderful. They answered my questions. I didn't want implants after breast cancer and he was one of the few drs who would use my own body to make a new breast. They did a fantastic job.
