HORRIBLE beside manner! Just absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Didn’t even bother to read my chart before my heart cath and then spent only 30 seconds with me. Didn’t answer ONE question- his only response was “age” before he just walked out the door. Seriously, I can’t say enough to avoid him. I felt worse after my cath than before! And I’m about to go on vacation and wanted to feel better about being out of the country- no such luck. Very unhappy with this doctor and this experience.
As a former patient of Dr. Malanuk, this review is in hopes of helping a great physician wake up to bad systems within his practice. I've now tried for days to get an appointment with Dr. Malanuk (I've been a patient since 2015) only to be told by the operator that they have too many clients and she shifts me to voicemail and I do not get a call back. I would love an appointment with Dr. Malanuk but cannot get past his gatekeepers. I hope I don't have a heart attack or stroke before I can see my doctor! This review is not a ... read more
