Dr. Kikel and his staff are just fabulous! My son never dreads going to the office and that really makes things easier! Is Dr. Kikel always so happy? He must have a wonderful woman in his life!
I strongly feel Dr. Kikel's staff share certain information regarding assistance elsewhere by race! My son was denied and that's understandable with the insurance company. However, my white colleague went through the exact same encounter yet the staff referred him some place else to go (matter of fact 2 places to go) and thankfully he shared that information with me otherwise I wouldn't have known. When discrimination was addressed to this office (a certain staff member) then is when other options were addressed...the damage... read more
