I’ve been seeing Dr. Gargano for years. Class act, intelligent and a great Doctor. My husband had a growing lump on his neck and I told him to go see Dr. Gargano. Doctor Gargano saved his life with his diagnosis and recommendation for further treatment. Thank you Dr. Gargano! My husband is in complete remission

i went in with pain and buzzing in my ear. i was speaking to a dr on the phone when he walked in, i apologized, but he was not ready to see me. two instruments did not work and he became frustrated while i waited for him. looked in my ears, down my throat. Told me buy a book to help with tinnitus. I went to a different dr. a few days later.i have a bacterial infection and was put in strong antibiotics. i had always recommended him to others. i will not recommend him anymore.

Ive seen many doctors in my days. I have fired some of them, others are just ok. The one doctor I have seen for over 20 years is Dr. Gargano. Hands down the most knowledgeable Dr. extremely intelligent but does not need to impress anyone like other doctors do. He talks and explains so everyone can understand what is going on. He is a highly capable and respected doctor by both patients and colleagues. Great demeanor and personable.
