I absolutely love Dr Baldwin. He always takes my issues seriously and is very respectful to me. I’ve been his patient for 7 years.
Have been a patient with Dr Baldwin for more than 6 years. He has helped me manage my headaches/migraines and has taken all issues seriously. I have referred a number of people to include family and friends and all have thought him to be very kind and patient. He is hard to get into because he gets so many referrals and is one of the best.
Dr. Baldwin is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I’ve met since moving to Williamsburg. He is always patient and kind and helps me negotiate the challenges of my neurodegenerative disease. The office staff is absolutely lovely and accommodating. Even when I showed up a day early for one of my appointments. In fact every doctor I’ve seen at Riverside has been nothing but wonderful.
I would not recommend this doctor. I waited for my appointment for nearly 4 months. I was early to my appointment but not seen until about 30 minutes after my appointment time. My appointment was first thing as soon as they opened. When I discussed what was going on He was dismissive and rude. He tried to leave the appointment after seeing me for less than 5 minutes. When I asked him for further help since he said he was unwilling to help, he got angry and insulted me several times. I was calm and only asking for help. He wa... read more
