I just wanted to say on behalf of the library at LBCC that we were VERY impressed with RLSM (Robert Lloyd Sheet Metal) while they worked here. In all of my 23 years working here, I have never been impressed by our outside contractors, especially their conscientiousness, their communication skills, nor their pleasantness to be around . . . . until RLSM!
