Rob had assisted me in purchasing a home in Westboro in October 2024. The transaction was complicated as it involved a separation agreement from my previous marriage. I found Rob to be technically sound, diligent and easy to work with. Following the closing of the home, I had made a particularly large mistake, which Rob discovered and corrected.
