I was diagnosed with very severe aortic stenosis with dx related to me by a 41 sec voicemail message. He canceled my appt the same day and did not return my phone call. He called an hour before my appt. I missed his very important message as I was not expecting this call. His nurse practioner and his office staff was very unprofessional to me. Not too impressed. Failed to listen to patient re bleeding concerns, which resulted in a return to the hospital ER same day of procedure. Surgeon is nowhere to be found?? OMG not what we had hoped for ...
He's been my doctor for about 2 1/2 years and his service is remarkable! Dr. Leonardi is a great person as well as doctor!
