Patient Rapport Lacking: I felt deflated when I left the office visit. My appointment was at 11, doctor came in at 11:24 and by 11:34, I was in my car driving away. The doctor was dismissive and condescending. Over the years, my family has had great interactions with the other 5 doctors at Cornerstone that have treated various bone injuries so don’t rule Cornerstone out altogether.
Everyone in this office is pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable. I feel safe in their care
I was able to be seen within a few days. Got great directions to new office location. Prep materials were easy to fill out. Staff and Dr were friendly and efficient.
Knowledgeable professional and very friendly it was a good experience
