I Had a great experience with Nelson Carvalho in the Front desk he was super friendly and attentive explaining to me all the benefits and what YMCA has to offer. After he showed me the workout place and all the details. I definitely will be back to sign up and start to join the YMCA Community! Thank you
Very nice facility. I’m a plus member from another Y in metro Vancouver. While it is a bummer it seems something is up with the pool… I feel at this point we all just have to accept that pools in Vancouver are cursed lol. Kits etc. I’m sure whoever is in charge of it is on it as quick as they can. Very nice plus change rooms with a massive hot tub. Steam room is biggest in metro region Y plus I’m pretty sure as well. All staff were friendly and accommodating :)
Visited on Thursday evening and saw two lifeguards sitting chairs in front of the hot tub/steam room looking at their computers the whole time. Why are my membership fees being used to pay for lifeguards sitting on their computers instead of doing their job???
Marsio was really nice and generous. Give me some good advice about sauna and swimming.
