If I could give less than a full star I would. They are impossible to get in contact with to even request assistance. I can't even give an unbiased opinion because NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE! I called at least 50 times using different extensions and still no answer.

This firm is crooked as they come. You are no lawyer but you are a glorified debt collector with the morals of a debt collector. I'm being penalized twice for the same infraction. I don't know if this is legal but I'm on my way to the State Attorneys Office to find out . Robert your firm doesn't even have the decency to return a phone call.

I'm a homeowner that rents out a property to a tenant. The HOA sent the bill to collections which was Condo Collections run by Robert Tankel. I called 3 times over a two week period to pay the bill and got no response. So I walked into the HOA to pay the bill directly. Apparently that wasn't enough because there was a large attorney fee that was still required to be paid. So I tried to contact Condo Collections again to pay their fee multiple times.
