Bob is a friend from the local chamber and our former insurance agent. My wife and I insured our cars with Smyrl Insurance for a few years prior to our first son driving. They were great to work with. We had to leave because the price of insuring new driver is astronomical. Ultimately, we moved to a different company that offered similar coverage at a lower rate for our family (including the new driver). Bob did his best to compete and keep our business. The team at Smyrl Insurance patiently helped me to decide the proper coverages, and explained the policies to me in detail. All of the work was done with excellent timing and the Smyrl team also took care of cancellation from my former insurance policies! The level of service is excellent, and the price is remarkably good too. In these times, most companies just don't offer that kind of relationship to their clients. What a refreshing experience!
