Dr. Smith was my PCP for 30 years. I had not seen him for 3 years. 1 of those years was during Covid, and he was not seeing patients in person. The other 2 years I was fortunate enough to not need him for any general illness. I needed a PreOp Exam and called to make an appointment, only to be told I would be treated as a new patient, and unfortunately, Dr. Smith was no longer accepting new patients. Imagine that! I believe if you're a man you'll get better service with him, however I found him to be arrogant & rude! He treated me unkindly when I told him I didn't hear him. He didn't need to yell at me like I was a child & I'm not hard of hearing, I just didn't hear him! I won't go back to him no matter what!
Not impressed. He does not communicate well. He’s seems more intent on getting out of the visit than trying to help and explain anything.
He is very cocky and rude. Wont take time to listen to you. Seems rushed. Not a good experience.
Very devoted to his patients.
