Due to sickness i missed an appointment on Feb 9th. I was sick and forgot to call. So his policy is to terminate people for that. Very disappointing. Not very Chistian of him and not understanding. Otherwise I was very satisfied with everyone there. Just hate their bad policy!
I scheduled myself a appointment yesterday and my 2 children appointments as well. I drove all the way from Lebanon and showed up before my appointment at 8:30am, sat there & filled out all my paperwork. There was a woman walked in after me and got took before me. That's when she called me to the front desk. Dr. Simmons refused me the right of service. I was told that Dr. Simmons did not feel comfortable working on me. & Did not provide a reason. He is extremely good very nice!!! I’ve always been terrified of the dentist but he makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommend
Yall! Dr.Simmons is getting my teeth together! I had an appointment today. Wwas there about 35 minutes. EXTREMELY WELL MANNERED. He was very smooth, and made me feel 100% comfortable. I didnt even realize it was over! Gentle hands, kind man. I would recommend him for everyone!!! He is so down to earth and makes you feel very comfortable.
