Dr Mckowen is a wonderful doctor, he is very professional, he gave us security and confidence, he performed surgery with Dr Eager to correct the spine of my Mom Amparo Osorio and it was a success, he is an incredible doctor. Thank you for your care and professionalism.
We had an appointment scheduled at 3pm, arrived early to fill out the intake paperwork. We were told that they would take us back shortly. By 3:45pm, asked receptionist how much longer, and she said 20-30 minutes. By 4:00pm, I asked if we were even on his schedule. We were told that we were his 2nd appointment, and it would be another 40 minutes.
