Sad that it takes 3.5 months to make and wait for an appointment to then get told 3 days before that he is too busy with a "pop up" meeting but has to cancel for the whole day. The "solution" is another month for a Video appointment or 3 more months to get back in. How absolutely ridiculous. Just tell the truth that he scheduled the vacation over people's appointments.
