I was very concerned with a very recent development of my left eye. They had me come in that very day. 40 minutes after my phone call! Short wait time. Outstanding technician Collin i believe is his name. Dr. Wolfe was exceedingly helpful in addressing my concerns! Top notch service! My understanding is that most surgeries take place in Phoenix area. Not thrilled about that and Not their fault.
Just finished the processing for adjusting my lenses afyer cataract surgery and lense replacement. I am so very happy with the outcome. The surgery was painless as we're the lense adjustments. Dr Mahanti and Dr Wolfe and the staff are very professional and caring. No hesitation at all in recommending them for your cataract removal and lense replacement.
Incredibly rude staff, was seen over a year ago and just got a bill for $200 because they failed to charge my insurance correctly. I was told "I was 100% in charge of my insurance not paying and they would send it to collections". The only reason I found them was because they were in my insurance network 🤔 why do I give you all of my insurance info 6 weeks ahead of time and why are there so many people working in that office if they can't make that kind of simple check. And then to be spoken to so rudely??!
Had PRK here in 202, although the recovery was tough it turned out well! It’s 2024 and my eyes are still pretty good, but my astigmatism is slightly coming back on my left eye.
