They have the most rude lady in the front. She’s supposed to be the face of the company since she’s there to welcome you in the office and instead you feel like you’re bothering her. That’s why I prefer to go all the way to Lubbock to a professional setting and where they welcome you and thank you for coming in. Get her out of the front that attitude needs to be hidden.
