This review is strictly regarding the front-desk receptionist, NOT Dr. Geist’s clinical reputation. While trying to coordinate an emotional evaluation for my husband, there was a misunderstanding regarding his Release of Information (ROI) form, which he honestly thought he had already signed. Felt dismissed and talked down to by Stephanie. Left without testing. Would not recommend.
I went here to get tested for ADHD that I've suspected I had for over 10 years. My brief interaction with Dr. Geist himself told me he's as friendly as his staff. I was tested by Adrianna, and she is amazing! She was friendly, patient, professional and very understanding. I cannot begin to fully explain how great she is. I brought in a list of my symptoms, and she was very supportive of this and we actually used it in the discussion of symptoms! Dr. Geist was an amazing and so wonderful! He was thorough with his testing and my daughters, both loved their time with him and wanted to go back and have him as their counselor too. Very welcoming place! Everyone is very friendly and very nice! Would highly highly recommend this place
My son recently had an IQ test done by Dr. Geist! The office was very welcoming. The front desk was very friendly. Dr. Geist was knowledgeable, extremely patient, friendly and easy to talk too. Overall a very pleasant experience with his office!
