Dr.Gates was very easy to talk to. I wasn’t rushed. He knew about my medical situation ,Also had a great personality. The nurse was great very friendly and also answered questions. The ladies at the front always very nice. Thank you all.
Dr. Gates performed by son's pectus excavatum surgery and we couldn't be happier with the care we received. Each time we see him whether it's in the office, pre-op, pacu or on the pediatric floor, he is always kind, thorough, and takes his time. The cryoablation he uses for this surgery greatly reduces hospital stay and postop pain. Right after the surgery, he provided his cell number for over the weekend just in case and said to please text if there were any issues or concerns. That is great service from a physician! He worked to get my son the surgery he needed, even though the insurance did not want to pay for it here. He did an amazing job and was so kind and compassionate and knowledgeable. He was able to explain everything so that we could understand it.
