My mother saw Dr. Kraus for several years. He is a great diagnostician. Her very first visit with him, because I had just moved her to Memphis, he sent her to the hospital, saving her life. She had a staph infection in her stump bone from where her leg had been amputated a couple of months before. It would not heal properly which is why we went. He caught it and her surgeon did not.
Office staff is so unprofessional. They get defensive and argumentative when you raise a problem or discrepancy with the office and they think everything is funny. There is nothing funny about health or medical bills! If they are no trained to deal with the public adequately then perhaps they should go work in the back someplace else along with their lack of empathy.
