We had a great experience with the procedure completed by Dr. Kramer & his team! Everything was completed as anticipated & without any complications. Dr. Kramer was very professional & thorough in his explanation of what was done and what to expect afterward. Best of all, my child is no longer in pain, which I directly attribute to Dr. Kramer’s overall knowledge & years of experience. We are extremely grateful for him!!
Visited Dr. Kramer when my infant was experiencing feeding difficulties. His treatment plan resulted in a 2X increase in vomiting. Repeated updates informing him of as much yielded no change in approach. After more than a month of prodigious vomiting another GI accurately diagnosed my child. Dr. Kramer's failure to effectively communicate, i.e. listen and ask pertinent questions, needlessly compounded my child's suffering. Doctors must be willing to approach problems with an open mind.

After years of practice I know you can't please ALL of the people ALL of the time, but I am truly sorry that this visit obviously went poorly. I would just respond that pediatric GI conditions are complex and often require more than a single visit.
