If There Were A 6 Star Rating Dr. Kozlowski Would Certainly Receive One....He's So Personable, I Feel Like I'm Talking To A Great Friend or Brother...Total Concern For The Patients Well Being...And The Only Dr. I've Ever Seen That Actually Calls You With Results From A Rescent Visit.....
I hope it's ok to like your doctor because he's funny, He's also thorough and caring. Im actually going to comply with his request for an overdue physical. I might even step on the scale! Great doctor!
