Bob was our realtor for our recent home purchase. Over several months we looked at a few homes that checked a lot of the boxes for us. Bob truly wanted to find the right place for us, even if it took awhile to find. When we found the right property, he was quick to show it to us, and was super helpful and patient, explaining the processes and answering all our questions, us being first time buyers. Bob helped us navigate every bump in the road throughout the sale, to make the whole process as smooth and easy as possible.
Robert Kerr, was Our real estate agent and helping us sell a property that we owned in Lafayette New York. He is and amazing and caring at what he does , he had our home sold within one day. Robert goes above and beyond., He would return calls and text messages promptly. If I ever sold another home, he would be the person I would reach out to.
