The doctors are amazibg, but the staff is horrible. Crystal specifically abused her position by saying Dr Keller is no longer your doctor. Why? Because I questioned her about my sons medicine and asked to speak to someone else. She sent me a letter saying that my son and I were not a good fit for their practice. Letter mailed the day I asked to talk to someone else regarding my sons meds. Dr Keller is a great doctor and has seen me through an aneurysm and recently he helped me with the devastation of Cancer. Dr Keller is wonderful, absolutely 5 stars. I can't say enough good things about him both professionally and personally. Plus, he is a really good guy and really cares. Julianna, his Chronic Care nurse, is the best. Holly, his Office Mgr, tends to business and tries her best. The remainder of the office and nursing staff are just awful, plainly and simply. I’ve been a patient of Dr Keller’s for over a decade. Dr Keller has persistently shown through my experience his patients health and well being are important to him. Throughout the years Dr Keller has demonstrated nothing less than professional cordial courtesy when addressing each and every concern at each visit. No matter how many patients is on his schedule for that day, he makes sure after completing his in the room Patient documentation that all questions were answered and if I had any additional questions or concerns. ... read more
