Dr. Keller is amazing, been seeing him for years. His office staff has gone through some changes, making things better overall.

The staff is horrible at Dr. Keller's office and this overshadows any good work Dr. Keller used to do. I came to him because my grandmother spoke highly of him. Dr. K requested a scan in which 4 times I had to ask Crystal to send the order in. I waited to get the results for two weeks, called the imaging facility who said they sent the results two hours after the scan had been done. This office is incompetent. First appointment was cancelled 30 minutes before my arrival. I go to my rescheduled appointment and the soonest is 5 days later. At that appointment I’m told they don’t accept my insurance anymore. I’ve arranged for 2 days now for these appointments and was not able to see a Dr.
