Arrived at 1 PM for a 1:15 appointment. I was not seen until after 3 PM. That’s ludicrous. Who can afford to devote 2+ hours of their day to getting a prescription filled? I was supposed to have a physical as well, but did not have time as it was so late by the time I was seen. Why would you even bother making appointment times if you’re going to run your office this way?
