My experience with Dr Rudman has always been amazing! He is truly a caring and very knowledgeable doctor. After my operation I am able to walk 3 miles a day . I am very happy with him and recommend him he’s a very good doctor and so are the people in the glen rock office .
The worst service imaginable. Dr. R. Kayal's assistant forgot to send the prescription to the pharmacy; I had to call him three times, and he also forgot the pain cream. Now I'm going to find another doctor who will treat me, not a substitute.
Beware of Excessive Charges and Hidden Costs While the medical care at Kayal was competent, the billing practices were outrageous and left me feeling completely taken advantage of. My daughter suffered a simple ankle sprain. We first visited a local urgent care where she received an X-ray, diagnosis, and ankle brace—all for a reasonable $200 total (with my $35 copay included). Had to drive an hour round trip since this is one of the only locations to do MRIs for kayal and while the staff is very pleasant and nice to deal with the dr who reads these reports does not do a good job. Emad Almusa. Seems like this is phoned in and doesn’t know how to read reports properly. I was walking around with ankle pain and based on the report thinking this is a partial tear that healed and causing residual pain is in fact a full tendon tear I only recently found out by going to a competent doctor who read the MRI... read more
