I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Michael. My back was in really bad shape, and I was dealing with a lot before I found him. He took the time to understand what I was going through, explained everything to me, and ultimately performed my surgery. Dr. Michael truly helped give me my life back. I was scheduled to have an intense scan called a SPECT test. I had my appointment and all details. Arranged a baby sitter. I showed up the day of the test to be informed the doctor called THEM ( not me) and said the test wasn't needed anymore. I proceeded to call the office to speak to the doctor, a PA, an officer manager to find out why it wasn't needed and why I didn't get a call to be informed, and was told they would leave a message. !!Kayal stop taking down my reviews !!For the past 2 years I have been suffering with shoulder pain because of DR Robert Kayal he absolutely destroyed my shoulder I can’t do my job as well as I once could I can’t work out like I used too my mental health has been in the decline I can’t even punch the air anymore (shadow box) i was able to before the surgery and after the 1st surgery Kayal had me get a second surgery that didn’t fix the issue he claimed it would fix, it didn’t do anything but make my shoulder in a ton of pain... read more
I was scheduled to see Dr. Bagi and I saw his PA Alexandra instead. She was the most intelligent, descriptive, personable PA I have ever encountered. She was so thorough and explanatory. She took her time asked questions and gave explicit responses. She took her time and really made sure I understood everything. I love the doctor himself but would see Alexandra anytime.
