I was admitted to St. Vincent Hospital with issues with my heart which I have never had nor any family history of any type of heart problems. Dr Jumper stepped in on my case and pretty much was amazing. Even though he helped me through what was happening with me and I was really scared, Dr. Jumper gave me a new outlook on my life and my health. Thank you so much for being My new Cardiologist and crazy smart.
He placed a stent in a clogged artery, which allowed me to live a normal life again.
The doctor is nice but his receptionists are rude no manners the officer manager need to check her staff.. it’s sad But I will be changing to a different practice…
My husband was diagnosed with severe congestive heart failure. He had hard time to breathe and had a lot of shortness of breath which he could have died from his heart disease. He was very lucky to have an excellent cardiologist surgeon Dr. Jumper who is his lifesaver. Recently, Dr. Jumper had performed a MITRACLIP procedure for my husband. It was a success!! Right after the procedure, my husband's shortness of breath was reduced significantly. It was like a miracle to my husband!! Dr. Jumper is an outstanding, kind, compass... read more
I do not recommend Dr. Jumper. My 90+ father had been in Dr. Jumper’s care for over 10 years. After he blacked out and fell, landing him in the emergency room, Dr. Jumper only gave him an appointment for ten days later. Not surprisingly my father ended up in the emergency room again before then, after which point Dr. Jumper’s associate ordered an interventional procedure for an elderly man with congestive heart failure; he did not recover. In the process we learned that: Dr. Jumper hadn’t ordered an echocardiogram on an elde... read more
The nicest Doctor you could ever meet
I suffer from cancer and am prone to blood clots. I suffered a pulmonary embolism several days after my first chemo. I could not breath. I thought I was going to die. I was taken to the hospital where Dr. Jumper performed an emergency procedure, inserting a device from my groin into my lung. The man saved my life! I was awake during the entire procedure. I felt no pain! The Doctor played classical music in the surgery room at my request and we talked about our musical tastes, among other things, while he worked. Several hour... read more
If I could give less than one star, I would. I would never recommend Dr Jumper to anyone. He administered a medication to my father that he had a well documented severe allergy to... and then negligently released him to cardiac stepdown without notifying the nurse caring for him that the medication had been used. My father suffered tremendously and nearly died because of this mans arrogance, negligence and subsequent attempted cover up. Stay away!!!
