Moen shower cartridge installation. Another plumber couldn't get the old cartridge out. Said I may have to cut a hole in my wall to access the valve. Roberts came and in 45 minutes had the old one out and the new one in, VERY PLEASED

If I could give a zero, I would. They came for a simple job -- put new tank guts in two toilets. The guys were nice, but now as of the very next day, neither toilet works properly! One runs intermittently and so I've had to turn the water off from the wall. The other one is leaking from the tank and because of that, I have a puddle about 10 feet around in my basement. They also did not give me any type of price or invoice when they left, though I asked. Said they would mail me one. Now I figure they can tell me I owe anythin... read more

ETA that just we had a great and easy experience with Keith at the office. Another productive and appreciated visit. Thank you! Robert Jones Plumbing was recommended to me by our office property manager and they have been great! Eric has come out twice to service our garbage disposals and I have always been impressed with how quickly/easily we've been able to schedule the service and communication/coordinating is always excellent. Thank you Robert Jones and Eric!

I was a long-time customer, but after a horrible experience, I will never use Robert Jones Plumbing again. I remodeled two bathrooms as a general contractor and received a quote from Robert Jones to complete the bathroom rough. Their technician spent all day on the job and essentially did nothing that was discussed but charged us over $3,000.
