Incredibly knowledgeable and great customer service. Diagnosed and repaired a tricky issue very promptly
Reliable and skilled. Our boat was quickly fixed; the majority of the issues were minor errors from the previous shop. It's great that he identified the parts and the repairs done on the computer and gave us an explanation of everything.
Customer Service - would provide Robert Jones Marine a rating of 10 out of 10. Robert and staff in my opinion went far beyond my expectations in providing customer service. They did a motor repair a while back and “no questions asked” covered the next repair under warranty. This I did not expect, however greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend.
