Dr. Jones is attentive, he listens and he has EXCELLENT bed side manners. He communicated the condition going on in my shoulder and gave a plan for recovery and restoration.

Very personable and knowledgeable. Only disappointment was no response after 2 days when sent email about intense pain. Had to resolve matter by going to an urgent care.
