Best Primary care Dr. that I have ever had. As long as he’s not slammed he will spend the whole 30 minutes with you and usually he asks do you have anymore questions then he’s If you are good with the appointment and then will end it, not before and you leave confused he makes sure then goes to next. Also I have had him for about 6 years now as a DR. And is an awesome Dr. I am a struggling alcoholic and addict and he still works with me. Favorite Dr near me. Fantastic Dr. He’s very empathetic and attentive. His notes were impeccably detailed and thorough. Actually listened to me and took all of my concerns seriously without any judgment. He was a breath of fresh air. Awesome person, highly recommend.
Dr. Hieger is so empathetic. He really listens & takes the time with me. He addresses all of my concerns in one way or another without feeling rushed, or just like a number. When I leave his office I feel very satisfied with the care I received. Calling in to address issues without an appt is also made to be a simple process. Dr. Hieger's office staff will respond back to me within 24 hours, usually the same day that I call. That is very important to me. I definitely need my primary care dr to be a responsive MD.
