Fantastic Dr. He’s very empathetic and attentive. His notes were impeccably detailed and thorough. Actually listened to me and took all of my concerns seriously without any judgment. He was a breath of fresh air. Awesome person, highly recommend.
Dr. Hieger is so empathetic. He really listens & takes the time with me. He addresses all of my concerns in one way or another without feeling rushed, or just like a number. When I leave his office I feel very satisfied with the care I received. Calling in to address issues without an appt is also made to be a simple process. Dr. Hieger's office staff will respond back to me within 24 hours, usually the same day that I call. That is very important to me. I definitely need my primary care dr to be a responsive MD.
