Dr. Shmuts entered the room shortly after we were seated. As he entered the room he greeted us with a handshake and warmth. I explained my meidcal raason for my visitation. Throughout my dialouge, Dr. Shmuts made it clear from his body language and questions, that he was listening to my health issues carfully and thouroughly. After my explanation, he demonstrated his knowledge and understanding of my situation by giving detailed explanations of my condition and gave me options. Amazing
Dr. Shmuts was one of the worst I have ever encountered. He was dismissive, rude and didn't bother to even look at my records before I came in. He looked at his watch every 30 seconds or so. I think I spent 6 minutes in his office before he rushed me out, treating my questions as bothersome. He talked down to me . I chose this doctor based upon the reviews on google. It makes me wonder how anyone can seriously consider this type of behavior that of an almost 5-star doctor. Oh, and in that 6 minutes, he ordered a endo and a c... read more
Had a recent visit with Dr Shmuts to discuss a recurring issue. He always makes me feel comfortable which is really important to me and I feel like he really listenes to my concerns. Great doctor! I highly recommend.
