It was so easy to change my insurance. Jordan was thorough and answered all my questions. He helped me save money and I appreciate everything he did.
I am incredibly disappointed with the service from this state farm agency. I had used them for my car insurance and had used the multiple products promotion [where one can insure other personal items] to get a discount on my car insurance. I had asked the agents multiple times if my IPad would qualify and they confirmed it would. So, I paid the initial premium to insure it.
