Not sure what the person above is talking about, but I received awesome service from this firm. They always answer the phone and you can call and speak with someone about any concerns you might have. My initial consultation was very thorough and my case was handled very professionally. I never had a single issue with the staff. I previously used this lawyer in the past and have actually referred others to him. However, I had some concerns that recently emerged. Lynn, the "office manager," was rude from the beginning of the call, talked over me the entire time, and told me I don't get to speak anymore because "you had you chance to speak." Mind you, I was explaining to her what my conversation was directly with Mr. Trimble, not her!
