Three months ago, 2023, I went to see Dr. Norcross for a back and neck issue and needed a referral. Next thing I know his assistant takes my temperature and tells me I have 105. That is not possible, I felt fine. They would not show me the readings on the thermometer. They do a COVID test and it's negative. Of course! Two more assistants come in and they give me a N95 mask. Dr. Norcross is great! His PA Lauren is inconsiderate. I have seen Lauren many times & recently went in with concerns because of a nodule or lump on my ribs near my right breast. She examined it, noted where it was and gave me a referral to go have it checked for breast cancer. I scheduled app. & went to the clinic. There they did the mammogram, which she had ordered. The problem was that it did not even encompass the area where the bump was. I brought it up and they said she did not order the correct test therefore I would ... read more

DR. RIGONAN has taken great care of me for over twenty years . I wish every doctor was as wonderful and outstanding as she is. Her peaceful and soothing likableness puts me at ease every time I have a visit.
All calls went to call center which is ridiculous. She was over an hour late on my appointment that made me late for work.
Unsympathetic or empathic of patients medical pains. Unprofessional because she will raise her voice and walk out of the room if you disagree with her.
