This doctor is completely dismissive of (at least) female patients. He told me that 2 weeks straight of intense heel pain is not long enough to reach out for a sitting accommodation at my job, and said I hadn't tried anything for the pain which was an assumption and untrue. He didn't even ask me if I tried anything and when I told him I was taking Tylenol and ibprophen he yelled at me and said that those aren't enough and I need to be taking alive as if I was supposed to know that. Dr. Schmidt has been my wonderful doctor for 40 years now. Love him, the staff at the office and the office is comfortable & convenient. SUPERB!
If I could give this office more than 5 stars I certainly would! I was treated with respect and the office staff was very nice as well!! I felt great when I left and felt like Dr. Schmidt truly listened and cared about my concerns.
Do not go here if you’re suffering with any mental health conditions! My daughter used to see Erin Williams who works alongside Schmidt and it was a nightmare. She just had a baby and was suffering from ppd. Not sleeping or eating because she kept having panic attacks. Instead of treating the anxiety, she put her on anti-psychotic meds that she didn’t need. My daughter was in the ER almost every night and even the doctors there told us that it wasn’t right to put her through this. This girl needs more experience before takin... read more
