I was in a bad spot, found their ad for a pad on Craigslist, and moved right in. Absolute best rental experience of my life. Every time I had an issue, they fixed it pretty quickly. These guys are the hidden gem of rental companies in Columbus.

This was by far the best renting experience I’ve had in the 14 years I’ve been renting in Columbus. The apartment I resided in was very well maintained and the price appropriate. When I moved in, the apartment was spotless. Every room freshly painted, cleaned, and appliances in great condition. Nothing was outdated or left for me to make-do with. In Ohio, if you want your security deposit back, you have to provide your landlord with your new address within a month of you leaving your place. Just so y'all know. They haven't gotten any better since the last reviews here. The apartment was hardly maintained and overpriced. This place had everything from electrical issues to broken window frames and panes, and a ceiling collapse in the bathroom. The walls and floors were coming up. They are nigh impossible to get in touch with to fix anything.

Absolutely the worst landlord I have ever had or heard of anyone having. Moved into a building that hadn't been taken care of in years. The sink was a laundry sink, the counter was made of vinyl floor tile glued to rotting wood. I was told there was air conditioning and there was not. Immediately after moving in, our lock to our front door was replaced and we were not given a key to it.
